PLEASE NOTE:

Postal shipped Orders are only dispatched on Tuesdays and Thursdays whilst larger Courier based orders are shipped Wednesdays and Fridays.

Smaller orders must be received before 2:00 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays if they are to be shipped out the same day. Orders arriving after this time will roll-over to the next shipping day. Larger orders may require production scheduling and this should be allowed for when placing a larger order.  Please call us to confirm current lead times.

 

 

 
 

 

Shipment of Orders

We only despatch Standard Postal and Special Delivery orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We do not despatch any orders on Mondays.  There is an order cut-off point for same-day despatch of UK Postal Deliveries of 2:00pm on both Tuesdays and Thursdays. Orders placed after this time will be sent out on the next standard despatch day. 

If you need to place an order for despatch after this time, please call first to confirm if this is possible before placing your order, as we cannot commit to customer-imposed deadlines.

Heavier or Larger orders requiring a UPS Courier delivery are despatched within 2 working days of receipt on a Wednesday or a Friday but on a Next-Day delivery service.  We are unable to offer a same day courier shipment.

Most web orders are despatched within 1-2 days following the date of order.

As an Internet-only Manufacturer / Retailer, we do not have a customer collection point and will only despatch orders via post or courier on the specified despatch days. We regret customer orders are not available for collection in person.

Email Order Confirmation

When you place your order online, our system will send you an email order confirmation / invoice with an 'RC' number.  Please quote this number with any queries you may have regarding your order.

Paying by Card?

HANDBUGS use SAGEPAY and PAYPAL to securely process all credit and debit card payments.  Both these companies provide a safe and secure means of processing a credit card payment, without your card details ever being revealed to any individual.

As payment by phone is inherently insecure, we regret that we cannot accept payments over the phone.

We accept Purchase Orders from Customers only and on a strict 30 day settlement basis.
